Reunited after so long!
Wednesday consisted of Janica and I giving Alex and Shaina a tour around our alma mater (UST), hearty conversation at Carpark and Moonleaf, quick phototrippin’ at Lovers’ lane and non-stop chimmy overload here and there!
Oh A & S, Welcome to the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas!
The Sweet Escape
I love adventures. Traveling with your closest friends? Priceless.
Destination: Fontera Verde, Nuvali, Enchanted Kingdom & Megamall - all in a day!

Boating in Nuvali was divine. Though the route was a short, the experience cleared my mind and suddenly it’s just the waves, the breeze, the nature and good company. Sweet Escape!
Of course we availed the free ride around Nuvali - Solenad 2! Lunch then after c/o Birthday Girl Mara then we surprised her with a cake (success!)

Off we went to EK! I wasn’t able to take as much “magical” photos bec I didn’t want to keep changing lenses, expose my camera (we were there during “meltdown” hours) and of course I wanted to enjoy too! :)

EKstreme (?) Ride. I wanted to ride thiiiiiiis! Sadly we were running out of time because Mara had to be in Manila by sunset for a meeting :(
Nonetheless, we enjoyed very much. Thank you Kuya Em and Ate Jade for the accompaniment/ride, and Mara for the treat! Happy Birthday, Little Miss Awesome!

We missed you, Aimee! See you guys again soon x
Good Times
I can’t even remember when was the last time we went out (Edit: okay I think it was on Zala’s last birthday- but that was still too long ago!) and even though we weren’t complete (Zala, We missed you!), a day of catching up needs a part two!

Fru got the hot seat of the day. We care about you so much, it angers us!

Instagram photo from Iya. Hello, Pat! Thanks for letting us stop by ❤ Haven’t seen you since HS Grad! >:D<
We went to Iya’s house after roaming around Ortigas for dinner, Idol Marathon, Monopoly Deal (I still claim I won 2/3), HS reminiscing and bonding. One of my fave spontaneous dates <3
May the odds be forever in your favor.
03.23.12 Last day of classes!
(Photos are by N, PP by me)
As many people look forward to this day by planning sem-enders waaay beforehand, it was more of a day that totally caught me off-guard in everything. Deadlines were eating up one another (We had 36 units for this sem, can you even imagine the workload?) and it was madness. Nevertheless, I’m just happy I got through it all now. It definitely stretched my multitasking skills at the unexpected. Time Management skills, level up!
Solemn Low High Five!
I stayed at R’s place for a while after school to prep up (Thanks for the “adoption”!) then L’s mom (thanks tita!) gave us a ride to MOA. Had late lunch at Pepper Lunch (I just had to say that) then watched The Hunger Games!

The movie was AMAZING. It was like a real Bionic Commando’s game- only more hardcore!

Blue Wave after MOA then changed location to Harbour Square.

Chilled at Starbucks after then I went to a spontaneous sleepover at my sister’s condo. Thanks for the lovely last day, guys!
FINALLY, I’M AT PEACE. Summer, you don’t know how much I longed for you.
Not-so-Little Miss Old Hollywood
“The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen on her eyes, because that’s the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty of a woman is reflected on her soul.”
- Audrey Hepburn
Last Saturday (01.21.2012) was Janica’s 18th Birthday ft. her Old Hollywood Glam Debut! I was pretty late (blame the traffic) so I missed the her entrance and the entire entrance vid where they showed Ja’s transformation. Sadface. But I made it at the opening prayer!
Father-Daughter dance. Can I just say that Ja’s family is the cutest? They always stop and smile whenever I turn my camera on them. Haha, just like Janica!
Ate Alexis. Love their gowns!

Janica with her boys her 18 Roses! Last dance went to her baby brother Elijah and it was ze cutest!

I’m a part of the 18 Lollipops, inspired by a scene from the Wizard of Oz where the Munchkins from the Lollipop Guild gave Dorothy lollipops to welcome her. In short, I was a munchkin!
You have to strike a pose synced with Janica after giving your message. I did the buwis-buhay Lady Jaja pose- in 5 inch heels! FIGHT!

Medley song number from the Lady Jaja herself. Yes You’re on the right track, baby, you were born this way!

The night consisted of good laughs, overdue bondings and lots of picture-taking!

Thanks for the wonderful time, Janica! You’re Eighteen and even more Fierce! ❤

If there’s one person who, apart from my family, I almost spent more than half of my life with (12 years of knowing each other and counting), Janica will always be one of the most treasured. Eep! Cheesey post is cheesey, but we grew together from being Dominicans to Paulinians and now, Thomasians. Quite a ride. Happy 18th Birthday, Beautiful! You’re a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you for the opportunity <3
PAUmpanga Adventure!
12.19.11 My twin (Sandy/Pau/PauPau)’s 18th Birthday Celebration part 2 @ her hometown, Pampanga!
I love love love love adventures. I don’t mind commuting at all (as long as I’m given a detailed version of what to ride to where, lol) just to get to destinations. Keeps the thrill pumpin’ + you get to exercise your geography skills (which we all know, I’m in dire need of)!
Oh and adventure time with blockmates? OZOOOOOM!

We stayed overnight at a lovely villa in Fontana. Private pool, yessir!

“Livin’ the life”
The Chamber of Craziness have been opened. Viewers of this entry, beware!

We played card and dare games as the night passed. I LOVE OUR EPIC DARES!
Lonely nights under the moonlight ft. Jeno HAHA

SHOT OF THE CENTURY HAHAHAHAHA I’ll spare you with the horrid details
Dare, not drunk ;)

We visited Nayong Pilipino the next day. Sandy’s dad greeted her via P.A.! “Happy Birthday Anak, Love you! Aalis tayo ng 4PM!” ♥♥♥

Happy Birthday Twin! We love youuu ♥

Nicole and I had vice versa roles with this ad she made. Posting these because it’s our first take on Studio Portraiture and we’re forever amused, hee!
The Aftermath
Last Tuesday (11.29.11), we had our shoot for class where we’ll take turns photographing and modeling for each other. We’ve done this before (see Phototrippin’) but this one definitely raised up the hassle bar since we’re doing it for school purposes!
After the class, we took photos with the glorious UST Christmas lights (I’ll take more photos next Tuesday when they’re more settled!)

It’s sad how my camera can’t handle low-light conditions. That, or I sacrifice sharpness. Oh well papel
